Brief Overview of Journey Into Excellence 2020 (Episode 4)

In this episode, we continue our exploration of the following three phases of promoting more clear-thinking and civility (i.e., “excellence”) in ourselves and others: (1) leaving old, less excellent habits behind (“separation”), (2) learning new excellence-enhancing habits (“initiation”), and (3) integrating these new habits into our family, education, and/or leadership systems on a regular basis (“return”).  As usual, our panelists provide listeners with specific evidence-based methods of promoting happy and healthy families, satisfying and meaningful educational experiences, and profitable and helpful organizations.
